·   Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you.

·   Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you make a request, we must respond to you without undue delay and in any event within one month.

Where we get personal information from

·   Publicly available sources e.g. LinkedIn.

·   Third parties:

o  Referrals from friends and professionals within our networks. This most often occurs when a potential client shares their personal information with a request that we contact them regarding services.

How long we keep information and how we dispose of it

We will keep your contact information for a maximum period of three years following last contact with you.

We will keep details of financial transactions with you for a maximum of seven years for accountancy purposes.

Once the retention schedule is met, or our use for your information comes to an end (if earlier than outlined above), we will delete your information from our records.

Who we share information with

Data processors

Pardoe 2.0 Consultancy uses online financial management tools for business accounting purposes e.g. processing invoices for tax purposes.

Others we may share personal information with

·   Professional or legal advisors

·   Organisations we’re legally obliged to share personal information with e.g. HMRC.

Complaints regarding personal data
